As female leaders we master challenges
most do not even know exist.
What if you could lead with more ease and freedom?
If you could use your uniqueness to maximize your impact?
Here’s how to strengthen your leadership and
unleash your professional and personal mastery . . .
The Core of Female Leadership Program
We do not need to seek equality. We are equal. We are not the same as men, nor should we want to be. We must expect the best, not only equal treatment but also limitless opportunity – expecting it first from ourselves. From the center of our amazingness, we can lead, mentor and succeed in anything, and everything, we do.
Let strong female leadership be the explicit objective we set, and achieve. When we launch from our personal mastery, we can encounter any person or situation from clarity, strength, kindness and determination. It is not a matter of fighting against something out there. It is a matter of anchoring ourselves within and leading from that center of unparalleled strength and freedom. Our center is the genesis – of the art, and the adventure, and the Core of Female Leadership.
The sole path to the greatest human experience is to connect intimately with your real self – good, clear, indomitable.
Coming Home to Personal Mastery
“In the long run, we shape our lives, and we shape ourselves. The process never ends until we die. And the choices we make are ultimately our own responsibility.”
– Eleanor Roosevelt
Let strong female leadership be the explicit objective we set, and achieve. When we launch from our personal mastery, we can encounter any person or situation from clarity, strength, kindness and determination. It is not a matter of fighting against something out there. It is a matter of anchoring ourselves within and leading from that center of unparalleled strength and freedom. Our center is the genesis – of the art, and the adventure, and the Core of Female Leadership:
- Handle discrimination with ease, equality and sovereignty.
- Face conflict and communication with confidence.
- Unilaterally level your playing field.
- Think big, act powerfully
- Maximize feedback.
- Gain respect, build trust.
- Design your own leadership style.
Confusion and chaos hijack our skills and hinder our leadership. Yet they can be dismantled into clarity and consistency. Without judgment, get crystal clear on what is in front of you. Then identify what you want as a leader, and what is yours to do. Be authentic, transparent and impeccably honest. Instead of reacting to events and people, utilize a concrete, simple model in any situation, at any time, to find total ease and maintain personal power.
Especially as a leader, how you value yourself determines the quality of your work, your relationships and directly influences your success. Taking 100% responsibility for your life grants you sovereignty. Taking charge of your thoughts, perception and actions develops personal authority. Own completely your mistakes and your mastery. Embrace yourself for all you are, and can be. Truly valuing who you are as a leader, allows others to do the same.
In this competitive world, especially as women, we learned to defend – an inferior, disempowered state. Choosing vulnerability as your power-seat opens the door to your power. Dissolve opposition by seeking understanding. Prioritize transparency, connection and curiosity. Practice courage, fairness, and good-faith. Groom conflict resolution skills – with yourself, others, and facing world events. Apply 4 simple steps to diffuse any situation.
We fear not our failures, but rather our success. Use tools and insights to live your highest standard – of knowing, values, ability, integrity – radically and without apology. Take all action from the best place within yourself. Engage with the best in others, no matter what. Utilize fear as a powerful tool for your own good and as a specific tracker to your goals.
Being happy, loving your work and your life, is not hard. Wanting to genuinely do so proves the challenge. Design your purpose and choose to live fully and to love fiercely. Self-studentship is the key. Being clear, committed and strategic in attending to what you want, designing the best way to get there, and then following through in a systematic manner is powerful medicine for your success and personal mastery.
